Booking Terms and Conditions for Hotel Villa Traiano
1. General Information
By making a booking at Hotel Villa Traiano, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all reservations, and any changes or cancellations are subject to these conditions.
2. Reservations
Booking Confirmation: Your reservation is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from Hotel Villa Traiano. Please ensure all details are correct.
Payment: A valid credit card is required to secure your booking. Payment terms and any required deposits will be communicated at the time of booking.
Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, and check-out time is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Cancellations and Modifications
Non-Refundable Rates: Bookings cannot be cancelled or modified without incurring a charge equivalent to the full stay.
No-Show Policy: Failure to arrive at the hotel without prior cancellation will be treated as a no-show and will incur charges as per the cancellation policy.
4. Changes by the Hotel
Hotel Villa Traiano reserves the right to modify or cancel reservations if necessary. In such cases, we will offer alternative accommodation or a full refund.
5. Pricing and Taxes
Rates: Room rates are per night and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Additional Charges: Any additional charges incurred during the stay, such as minibar, room service, or damage to property, will be charged to the credit card on file.
6. Guest Responsibilities
Identification: Guests are required to provide valid identification upon check-in.
Conduct: Guests must behave appropriately and respect the property and other guests. Any damage caused by a guest will be charged to their account.
Pets: Pets are not allowed unless specified in the booking details.
7. Liability
Hotel Villa Traiano is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings. Guests are advised to secure their valuables.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country where Hotel Villa Traiano is located. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that country.
